Disney’s live-action Mulan will release on Blu-ray and DVD on November 10. Initially scheduled to arrive in theaters back in March, the new adaptation of the 1998 animated classic premiered exclusively on Disney+ in September after months of coronavirus-related delays. Unlike other Disney+ exclusives, Mulan was only made available to subscribers who paid $29.99 for premiere access. On October 6, Mulan was made available to stream on other VOD platforms such as Amazon Prime Video and FandangoNOW. Those who are waiting to purchase the film on DVD won’t have to wait much longer.

Disney announced the live-action Mulan will come out on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD on November 10. Additionally, the animated Mulan will be available in 4K Ultra HD for the first time. Fans will also be able to purchase a two-movie collection, which will include the 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD of both films. Additionally, the film will be available as a collectible SteelBook at Best Buy and with a limited edition gallery book at Target.

Despite the mixed reviews and the controversies surrounding the film, the 2020 Mulans release on DVD and Blu-ray will come as good news to those who want to see the new film but aren’t Disney+ subscribers. It also sounds like there’s a lot of new content for fans of the animated classic.
