It’s no secret that Geoffrey Paschel puts a lot of stock in his physique, but the 90 Day Fiancé star recently admitted that he’s relapsed in a way that could undermine all his hard work. Whether it’s his muscles or shocking Botox transformation, clearly Geoffrey takes pride in how he looks. However, he may be going down a path that derails his fitness regime, and it all started with a donut.
Geoffrey made his franchise debut on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way when he was in a relationship with Russian beauty Varya Malina. Their relationship was full of ups and downs and the couple broke up and got back together multiple times. Though they were in a relationship at the end of the season, it appears that since then the couple has gone their separate ways. They haven’t confirmed the rumors, but their social media activity is a clear indication that they’ve split up.

It’s obvious from Geoffrey’s different looks on TikTok that he cares about his appearance, and he often posts workouts videos demonstrating his commitment to fitness. So it was surprising when he added a clip to his stories with the caption, “I relapsed :(.” In the clip, Geoffrey is munching down on donut with a guilty look on his face. He seems to be regretting eating the donut as he’s eating it. It appears his dedication to a low body fat percentage couldn’t compete with a good old-fashioned sugar craving.
It should be noted that Geoffrey’s videos on Instagram are rarely serious, and though there was a frowny face in the caption, Geoffrey doesn’t look like he’s too torn up over eating the donut. Still, the donut is probably a rare meal for him, as it sometimes seems like Geoffrey is always shirtless on Instagram. The controversial franchise star has always been passionate about his health, but clearly Geoffrey’s not so serious that he can’t enjoy a tasty donut every now and then.
Although Geoffrey is very active on social media, he’s pretty much been exiled from the 90 Day Fiancé franchise due to some disturbing allegations of domestic violence against him. Despite being ejected from the franchise that made him semi-famous, Geoffrey’s sense of humor hasn’t wavered. Though he’s an advocate for physical fitness and cares a lot about his appearance, sometimes, you just gotta eat the donut.
