Former Big Brother winner Nicole Franzel “can barely move” as the end of her pregnancy nears. Nicole and her fellow Big Brother alum-turned-husband, Victor Arroyo, announced in January that they were expecting their first child together. The couple later tied the knot in March after being forced to postpone their wedding due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
As Nicole is preparing to become a first-time mom, she has been giving her Big Brother fans pregnancy updates along the way. Most recently, Nicole revealed that her baby boy is actually breached. Although she and her doctors did everything they could to try to make the baby flip on his own, it has ultimately been unsuccessful. Because he is still breached, Nicole’s doctors have scheduled her for a C-section delivery. Nicole admitted that although she is trying to stay positive, being scheduled for a C-section and knowing exactly when she will have her baby terrifies her.
With her due date nearing, Nicole is starting to feel drained both physically and mentally. In a vulnerable post shared to Instagram, Nicole shared that she “can barely move.” She started off by admitting that she originally intended on keeping these thoughts and feelings private; however, she ultimately wanted to open up in case someone else is experiencing the same thing. Nicole wrote, “A month ago, I’ve never felt more beautiful & now I’ve never felt less cute/comfortable in my own skin.” While she can barely move physically, Nicole also doesn’t recognize herself when looking at photos due to how much her body has changed. The post did confirm that she is officially 38 weeks; however, Big Brother‘s Nicole has not yet revealed her exact due date despite already knowing it.
Although Nicole is not feeling her best physically or mentally, she is still trying to stay positive. Despite originally not wanting to post the pregnancy photo due to the changes she saw in her physical appearance, she realized that “one day [she’ll] look back at this photo & think [she] was nuts for having those feelings.” She continued on to admit how blessed she is to be able to “grow this beautiful baby.” While it is is not easy, Nicole confirmed she is done putting pressure on herself for how much weight she has gained throughout her pregnancy. In preparation for after the baby’s arrival, Big Brother‘s Nicole is already relieving the pressure of “bouncing back” to her pre-pregnancy physique. She concluded by thanking her fans for their continued support and promised to be as “transparent” as possible throughout the journey.
Since pregnancies usually last 40 weeks, Nicole’s due date is perceived as being within the next two weeks or so. Like any first-time mom, Nicole is quite nervous for her delivery, but there is no doubt Victor will be right by her side to get her through it. Being a former nurse, Nicole knows all about what goes on in the delivery room, especially for C-section deliveries. This is why she is even more nervous now than before; however, she is notably doing her best to stay positive. There will soon be another member of the continuously growing Big Brother family.
