Publisher Feardemic Games Announces “Fear Fest 2022: Black Summer Edition”

Horror

Long-suffering fans of Paradox’s  Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 continue to wait for any indication of the game getting close to some sort of release. Fortunately,  Fredrik Wester, CEO of publisher Paradox Interactive, reassures fans that everything’s fine in terms of the development of Bloodlines 2.

Wester recently responded to a fan’s question on Twitter asking the developer if the game is cancelled, stating that development is still active on Bloodlines 2. Wester added that Paradox will let fans know more “when we are ready”.

However, as with everything with Bloodlines 2‘s development, there’s unfortunately the lack of new information on the specifics. When asked by a fan if the game will make an appearance at this year’s PDXCon, which is Paradox’s annual showcase of its games, Wester responded that Bloodlines 2 will be absent from the event.

For those who need a recap, Bloodlines 2 was announced back in 2019, but after one delay after another, it would eventually be revealed that original developer Hardsuit Labs was no longer working on the project. Paradox went on to say that a new developer was taking over Bloodlines 2‘s development, but would decline to reveal just who that developer was, in order that they could “fully focus on the game development” without being bogged down by fans’ questions.
