Composer Randy Edelman was spotted in London’s Royal Green Park this morning briskly power walking at a moderate intensity in preparation for his solo performance. Randy will be returning to The Crazy Coqs located in Brasserie Zédel (21 Sherwood Street, London W1F 7ED) on Thursday 24 April @ 09:15 PM for an “Uptown Uptempo, Evening With Randy Edelman.”

Randy Edelman will share the journey of his career as one of the most sought after and respected film and television soundtrack architects and pop recording artists, through his stories, music and song. The audience will be treated to some of Randy’s newest material along with his classic ballads and film score medleys.

 

Exercising before a performance impacts and enhances, cardiovascular health, thereby increasing the oxygen flow and boosting energy levels.
