Mom-to-be Scheana Shay is making the most out of her pregnancy–and supporting her pregnant pals along the way! The Vanderpump Rules star stopped by her friend Krystal Nielson’s gender reveal to celebrate The Bachelor star’s baby news.
This fall, Shay announced that she was expecting a baby with her boyfriend Brock Davies. Shay opened up about her fertility journey on season 8 of Vanderpump Rules and revealed that she suffered a miscarriage this summer. Shay remarked that her friendship with Lala Kent was strained after Kent allegedly failed to support her during her pregnancy loss. Shay is currently 18 weeks pregnant with a baby girl, whose gender reveal she celebrated with friends and family earlier this month.

Although her friendships with several of her fellow Vanderpump Rules castmates have been somewhat strained, Shay is supported on her pregnancy journey by her friend Krystal Nielson, whose due date is only nine days away from Shay’s. Shay shared a sweet picture of the two friends embracing and comparing baby bumps at Neilson’s gender reveal party, where Nielsen announced that she is also expecting a baby girl. Shay captioned the photo: “Our baby girls are going to be best friends!”
Neilson, who appeared on Arie Luyendyk Jr.’s season of The Bachelor, became engaged to Chris Randone on season 5 of Bachelor in Paradise. The couple were married for less than a year before they announced their separation in February. Following their split, Nielson began dating Miles Bowles. In November, Neilson and Bowles shared the news with fans that they were expecting their first child together.
Shay is one of several Vanderpump Rules cast members and ex-cast members to be currently expecting a child. Stassi Schroeder, who was fired by Bravo earlier this year for racist actions and statements, is expecting a baby girl with husband Beau Clark. Also pregnant with a baby girl is Lala Kent, who is engaged to producer Randall Emmett. Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright, who married in Kentucky in 2019, are parents-to-be of a baby boy. Taylor has expressed his desire to film a Vanderpump Rules spin-off show that would follow the members of the original cast who are starting families. The new show would exclude Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix, with whom Taylor has been publicly feuding.
