Here are the coolest horror collectibles unveiled this week!
Universal Monsters Toony Terrors from NECA
NECA is adding four Universal Monsters to its Toony Terrors line of figures in the style of classic Saturday morning cartoons.
The wave includes Dracula (with candle), Frankenstein, The Mummy, and The Wolf Man. Each 6″ scale toy comes on blister card packaging with a cutout backdrop.
Due out in October, the set of four costs $64.99.
The Woman + Offspring 4K UHD from Arrow Video
The Woman is coming to 4K Ultra HD alongside its precursor, Offspring, on August 27 via Arrow Video. A booklet featuring writing by Michael Blyth, Alexandra Heller-Nicholas, and Kevin Kovelant is included.
2011’s The Woman is directed by Lucky McKee (May), who co-wrote the script with Jack Ketchum, based on their 2010 novel of the same name. Pollyanna McIntosh, Angela Bettis, Sean Bridgers, and Lauren Ashley Carter star.
2009’s Offspring is directed by Andrew van den Houten and written by Ketchum, based on his 1991 novel of the same name. McIntosh stars with Art Hindle, Amy Hargreaves, and Ahna Tessler.
The Woman special features include: commentary by McKee, editor Zach Passero, sound designer Andrew Smetek, and composer Sean Spillane; commentary by McIntosh; commentary by McKee; commentary by film critic Scott Weinberg; behind-the-scenes documentary; making-of featurettes; an interview with Carter; deleted scenes; and more.

Love Lies Bleeding 4K UHD from A24
A24 has released Love Lies Bleeding on 4K Ultra HD for $35 as well as Blu-ray for $30. The queer romantic revenge thriller features cover art by Jiayi Li and comes with six photo cards.
Rose Glass (Saint Maud) directs from a script she co-wrote with Weronika Tofilska. Kristen Stewart, Katy O’Brian, Jena Malone, Anna Baryshnikov, Dave Franco, and Ed Harris star.
Meagan Navarro’s review says, “With a visionary at the helm and an impressive cast willing to follow along with every wild turn thrown at them, Love Lies Bleeding makes for a captivating ’80s-set crime thriller unafraid to get deeply weird and ultra-violent.”
The film is presented in 4K with Dolby Vision HDR and Dolby Atmos. Special features include: commentary by Glass and Tofilkska; In the Land of Guns and Muscles; and Sex, Steroids, & Codependency.
Boy Kills World 4K UHD from Lionsgate
Currently available on Digital, Boy Kills World will bring bloodshed to physical media on July 9 via Lionsgate. The gory, dystopian action comedy is produced by Sam Raimi.
Moritz Mohr makes his feature directorial debut from a script by Tyler Burton Smith (Child’s Play 2019) and Arend Remmers. Bill Skarsgård stars with Jessica Rothe, Michelle Dockery, Brett Gelman, Isaiah Mustafa, Yayan Ruhian, Andrew Koji, Sharlto Copley, H. Jon Benjamin, and Famke Janssen.
Special feature include: Total Bedlam: Making Boy Kills World; Winter Wonderland; F**cked up Fairy Tale; Martial Arts; Bill Skarsgård Training; Bill and Yayan; and trailers.
Monkey Man 4K UHD from Universal
Monkey Man will burn down everything on physical media on June 25 via Universal. If you want to try before you buy, the action-thriller will first be available on Digital on June 11 and on Peacock on June 14.
Dev Patel makes his directorial debut from a script by John Collee (Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World) and Paul Angunawela. Patel stars with Sharlto Copley, Pitobash, Sobhita Dhulipala, Sikandar Kher, Vipin Sharma, Ashwini Kalsekar, Adithi Kalkunte, and Makarand Deshpande. Jordan Peele produces.
Meagan Navarro’s review raves, “While the violence onscreen is palpable and painful, it’s not just the exquisite fight choreography and thrilling action set pieces that set Monkey Man apart but also its political consciousness, unique narrative structure, and myth-making scale.”
