Review: Ashes to Omens – “War Cry”


One of the fastest rising superstar hard rock revelations to step inside the lime-light this year is “Ashes To Omens.” The Georgia based faction is about to release the lyric video for their newest epiphany, “War Cry” on October 16, 2020, a track about overcoming anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts during difficult times.

Ashes To Omens was born in July 2017 with influences ranging from Iron Maiden to Breaking Benjamin. Mastermind and lead singer James Branton after being diagnosed and cured with thyroid cancer, decided to relentlessly endeavor to devote time and hard work to establish the band’s destiny. In August of 2018 the band opened for Tom Keifer, the iconic lead singer from Cinderella, to a sold out crowd at “Innovation Amphitheater to an overwhelming response, and the audience rising to their feet.

“War Cry” is a powerful song with persuasive lyrics, and dynamic instrumentals. It’s forceful message comes at a much needed time with our social climate and pandemic situation encompassing the globe. The lyric video is an impressive and inspirational fascination in which one can actually feel the energy of the song and the group by simply watching it. It enables people to search deep into their souls and examine any negative feeling that may have engulfed you allowing them to be vanquished.

This is definitely a band to keep your eye on. They are a hard rock band designed to rock future. They are the real deal….
