The professional wrestler even put aside his fear of scary movies for Jenni, just so he could experience her horror film Devon, which premieres on Screambox Nov. 12.

“It’s not his forte,” Jenni said, “but he’s like, ‘If you love it, I’m going to love it for you.'”

And Zack even had a hand in helping the MTV personality develop the film, as he took her to the Pennhurst Asylum for Valentine’s Day one year, which immediately inspired the movie. And even though she didn’t have a script yet, she booked the asylum as a shooting location.

“I love psychological thrillers,” Jenni explained to E!. “I love the aspect of mental illness and studying it because I grew up in a household with it.”

She added, “I kind of wrote the script as I went along. I was even writing it on set, just figuring it out based on how the asylum was.”
