Dijon invited a special guest and frequent collaborator to join him during his Friday afternoon slot on Coachella’s Outdoor Stage: Mk.gee. Mike Gordon popped out to play“Talk Down,” “Higher!,” and “Big Mike’s.” Watch it go down below.
This year marked Dijon’s first-ever Coachella billing, and he rounded out his set with Baby tracks such as “Yamaha,” “Kindalove,” and “Fire!” as well as older set list staples including “The Dress” and “Annie.” Gordon has yet to play Coachella in an official capacity.
The duo have a longstanding creative partnership: Gordon co-wrote many of the songs on Baby and Dijon’s 2021 debut Absolutely, and Dijon worked on Gordon’s 2024 debut Two Star & the Dream Police. Both artists also collaborated on Justin Bieber’s SWAG and SWAG II, and later appeared during the pop star’s Saturday headlining set.
