Tom Brady is kicking off another celebration in his family.
The former NFL star celebrated his son Jack on his 19th birthday by sharing a heartfelt tribute to the teen—whom he shares with ex Bridget Moynahan—on his special day.
“Happy 19th birthday, Jack!” Tom wrote alongside a carousel of photos in an Aug. 22 Instagram post. “Aug 22, 2007 is a day I’ll never forget, because that’s when you showed up and stole my heart (and my sleep… and my patience… hahahaha).”
“you’re kind, thoughtful, empathetic, and full of love!” he continued. “And I’m so proud of who you have become. You fill my heart with so much joy and I’m blessed to be your dad. I cant wait to see what’s next.”
The seven-time Super Bowl champion—also dad to son Benjamin, 16, anddaughter Vivian, 13, with ex Gisele Bündchen—gave a glimpse into his relationship with Jack in the post. Indeed, Tom shared a series of sweet photos of some of their father-son adventures, including shots from outings to sports games and their recent family trip to Alaska.
